Group Laboratory Introduction

The company has various laboratories based on different product lines. Covering an area of over 1,000 square meters, the group laboratory has a team of national intermediate engineers, reliability engineers, experienced hardware and software testing engineers, and rectification engineers. The laboratory participates in CNAS laboratory capability verification work every year, and long-term cooperative institutions include CEPREI, CVC, GUOCE, CQC South China Laboratory, etc. The group laboratory can conduct electromagnetic compatibility, safety regulations, reliability, environmental and other testing and verification on devices and products in various stages of research and development, design, and production. A professional laboratory based on the product line can provide multiple services such as debugging, verification, and rectification of products during the design phase, ensuring product quality.

3M Radio Anechoic Chamber

The size of the Real-design Intelligent 3-meter radio anechoic chamber is approximately 9.2m x 6.2m x 6.2m, and there is also an independent control room and amplifier room, covering an overall area of about 80 square meters. The laboratory has laid all absorbing materials except for the ground to simulate a standard test electromagnetic environment without reflection, which can absorb the electromagnetic wave radiation emitted by the product and prevent reflection.

10HP Operating Room

The group laboratories equip with cold and hot shock test chambers, walk-in constant temperature and humidity chambers, high-altitude simulation test chambers, residual voltage testing equipment for products, and departmental whole machine product energy efficiency testing laboratories etc. which are at a high level of recognition in the industry.

Digital Circuit and Electrical Laboratory

The Digital Circuit and Electrical Laboratory can conduct relevant tests on products with high power, high current, and three-phase electricity, such as AC/DC car charging piles, inverters, and household appliances. The laboratory is equipped with high-power AC/DC power supply, AC/DC load, AC/DC charging pile comprehensive tester, temperature inspection instrument, constant temperature and humidity box, oscilloscope and high-precision digital multi-meter, etc. It can conduct a series of environmental reliability tests, temperature rise tests, performance tests and various development and debugging work.

R&D Team

Real-design Intelligence was awarded as a key high-tech enterprise under the National Torch Program, a national intellectual property demonstration enterprise, an innovative pilot enterprise in Guangdong Province, a top 500 manufacturing enterprise in Guangdong Province, a leading enterprise in segmented industries in Foshan City, a leading enterprise in science and technology in Foshan City, a hidden champion cultivation enterprise in the manufacturing industry in Foshan City, and one of the top 20 science and technology innovation enterprises in Shunde District. It has established the Guangdong Province Home Appliance Intelligent Controller Engineering Technology Research and Development Center and the Guangdong Province Enterprise Technology Center. It is the chairman unit of the China Smart Home Industry Alliance and the chairman unit of the Shunde District Electronic Information Chamber of Commerce. The R&D team is composed of the Group's Technology Center, Business Unit R&D Department, Subsidiary R&D Department, Innovation Center, and R&D Management Department. It has a solid and experienced R&D team with the ability to develop and design over 1,500 intelligent controller products annually. As of 15 June 2024, the group has authorized and valid 46 invention patents, 131 utility model patents, 25 design patents, 149 software copyrights, and 42 trademarks. It has led or participated in the development of 7 national standards, 1 local standard in Guangdong Province, and multiple alliance and group standards. It has strong research and development capabilities and innovative research and development capabilities in intelligent controller products and systems.

R&D Cooperation
